Detail

Method of thermal fusion drilling
1. Mark the position of the opening hole on the cooler box lid.
2. Use a gas flame and bake the position that is 3 cm from the tip of the pipe while turning the pipe. (Approximately 30 seconds)
3. Set the baked pipe vertical and press it lightly onto the lid mark.
　(Note: If the pipe is laterally displaced, the hole will become large, which may cause water leakage.)
4. The drilling of the hole will be completed after scraping the burrs around the hole (upper, lower, inner, and outer) with an appropriate tool, such as a knife.

Caution
• Vacuum insulated cooler boxes cannot be drilled.
• Wear gloves on both hands during thermal fusion drilling and be careful of burns.
• In the case of opening the second hole, replace the black cap of the pipe in the opposite direction.
• Press the pipe lightly to drill.
　Do not press the pipe strongly. Doing so will result in crack damage to the plastic part.

Installation method of rubber stopper of cooler box
(A lid thickness range of 28 to 35 cm is available)
1. Insert the rubber stopper into the hole from the inside of the cooler box, squeeze part A with an appropriate tool, such as a pair of pliers, pull it out strongly.
2. After pulling out the rubber stopper completely, cut it from the cutting line of part B to complete.
