1) Put seawater in the whole frame of the mat.
2) When winding up a fishing line, put it in a coil shape on the Leader Line Mat.
3) The fishing line wetted with seawater in the mat will not be blown by the wind.
4) The line will not be caught by the raft when a chum dumpling cast.
