Neoprene, an elastic material, puts moderate tension on the leader line spool, thus making it possible to pull out the leader line to the desired length and cut it smoothly because the leader line will not move back.
Provided with a stopper ring that can secure the end of the leader line as well as three leader line outlets so that the most suitable outlet can be selected according to the spool thickness.
Provided with a handy carabiner that can be attached to belts and bags with ease.
