The jagged projection is entwined with line debris.
How to Collect Line Debris
1) Bundle the tip of the line debris in a ring shape, and put it into the slit on the top or the side.
2) Turn the winder in the direction of the arrow with your thumb and store all the line debris in the case.
3) To dispose of the line debris, press here to open the lid and pick up the line debris.

Line debris put in from the top slit is wound onto the inner circumference side and put in from the side slit is wound onto the outer circumference side. Use either one of these slits as needed.
Put the product in a bag or a pocket or attach it to a clip-on reel, for example, for use.
